Returns Policy

Greenery is unable to accept returns on plants. We go through the utmost care and effort to ensure that all plants in store are healthy and in a good condition. If you are not entirely satisfied with the condition of your plant after your purchase, please email or WhatsApp us a picture of the plant, its label and the reason for your dissatisfaction within 24 hours of having purchased your plant.

On merchandise, other than plants, we have a 14-day refund policy. Please provide the following upon your exchange:

  1. The reason for return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).
  2. A refund or exchange is based on the cost of the item and does not include delivery fees (if applicable). To complete your return, we require a receipt.

After considering the above reasons for exchange, your refund will be approved or rejected by the cashier or manager on duty.

Please note that refunds are only able to be provided in cash. If the refund value exceeds a certain amount, refunds will be made via electronic transfer. Thank you for your understanding.
