Plant delivery

We take the utmost care in delivering our plants. The plants will be delivered by the Greenery crew or our trusted courier partners. Our packaging has been specifically designed for the transport of plants. We also only deliver plants that enjoy and can complete the journey to you.  

Early delivery 

We get our plants fresh from the farm and deliver them to you as soon as possible. If you however require the plants urgently, please get in touch as we might have them in stock. 

Damaged Goods

If any of our products are damaged en route please inform us by sending an e-mail to with a photo attached within 48 hours of receiving the plants. We will organise a fresh plant or a refund to use on our platform.

Returns: Greenery Guarantee 

If you would like to return your plant, depending on the condition we can collect it and refund the cost of the plant, provided the necessary care instructions have been followed. If you think your plant arrived damaged or unhealthy, please include a photograph of it when you contact us. We can help you get the plant back to full health. Otherwise, we will provide a replacement or refund.  

What are grow pots or nursery pots?

Our plants are planted in their grow pots or nursery pots. We sell them in this pot (which could be black or a brownish colour). You have the option to have them repotted in terracotta pots or in one of our planters (cover pots).
